Leadership rooted in values, education, and public service
I am Shailesh, born on 27 May 1987, and proudly born and brought up in Bangalore. I come from a Kshatriya community, where values of courage, discipline, responsibility, and service to society are deeply rooted. These values have shaped my character and continue to guide my public life.
I completed my schooling at Carmel High School, Basaveshwaranagar, Bangalore, where I developed a strong foundation in discipline, leadership, and social awareness. From an early age, I learned the importance of standing up for what is right and contributing meaningfully to society.
I pursued higher education and earned my Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Eastern Integrated Institute of Learning Management University. My academic training in commerce has given me a practical understanding of finance, administration, and governance—knowledge that has proven valuable in my work related to public welfare, government schemes, and community development.
Being raised in Bangalore has given me a deep connection to its people, culture, and challenges. I understand the everyday struggles of citizens and believe that leadership must be rooted in ground-level realities, not distant promises.
My journey reflects a commitment to education, integrity, and public service. I believe leadership is not about position or power, but about responsibility, accountability, and consistent service to the people. These principles continue to define my approach to politics and public life.
